Bring your completed application signed by a health care professional for the Reduced Fare Program for People with Disabilities or MetroAccess Door-to-Door Paratransit Service to The Arc of Northern Virginia to have your photo ID taken and application processed. You may also renew your Metro status, but please email Diane Monnig dmonnig@thearcofnova.org for the renewal application. 

Metro will be at The Arc of Northern Virginia, 2755 Hartland Road, Suite 200 Falls Church on Wednesday, October 23rd, from 12:00-1:30pm to take photos and process applications for Reduced Fare and/or MetroAccess Door to Door Paratransit. Applications MUST be completed and emailed to dmonnig@thearcofnova.org prior to coming to The Arc office and MUST be signed by a health care professional. Bring the original form with you to the office.
