September 6, 2019 - Ask an Attorney Panel: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
When you have a child (or an adult) with disabilities, an extra level of planning is required. For example, you need to think about special needs trusts (SNT), powers of attorney (POA), advanced medical directives, wills, divorce, when and how to fund a SNT, who can fund a SNT, when to begin planning and why, what to do with your home, how frequently to review the planning documents, etc. The list goes on and on! Join us and a number of experienced attorneys to learn more about all these topics.
